Downsizing three years ago was both difficult and exciting at the same time.  We had lived in our 6 bedroom, three level home for over 15 years and raised our kiddos up and out. 

We looked for a smaller home that felt spacious and had views. We were incredibly lucky to find a home in production that checked off all the boxes.  Since it wasn’t quite completed, we were able to choose the paint colors, flooring and finishes to add our personal touch.  

The screened in porch was what really sold the home for us.  The double sliding doors and vaulted ceiling create a natural extension of the dining room.  It’s a wonderful entertaining area and we have spent many precious evenings with family, friends.  But, I’ll have to admit, some of the best times are just the two of us having a glass of wine, staring at the trees and the sky, talking long into the night.

**Pro-tip, screen underneath your deck and you will NEVER have bugs!  The contractor put the screening down before placing the deck boards.  No.Bugs.Ever!
